European Corporate Counsel Summit 2012 – Amsterdam
This year’s European Corporate Counsel Summit took place in Amsterdam from the 7th to the 9th of October 2012. BMA Brandstätter Rechtsanwälte GmbH was the only Aus-trian law firm participating. In-house counsels and attorneys in private practice dis-cussed common questions such as the current global economic situation as well as basic legal developments. In his Masterclass given at the summit Dr. Jürgen Brandstät-ter talked about the European Union directives against money laundering and their transposition into national law and the accompanying practical questions as well as problems.
